Mayfair, London

When our client acquired this Grade II listed building it had been undergoing refurbishment and rebuilding by the previous owners, and an extensive sub basement had been constructed, but the works had been abandoned. The brief was to replan the accommodation to provide an optimum residential layout. This was met by designing a mix of substantial flats and maisonettes, looking onto Hyde Park. The detailing and finishes achieved by the project team are of a very high standard, commensurate with the special situation of the building.
